Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Somnia: Dream Insights, published by Aether Labs. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Somnia is a personal dream journal and AI interpretation tool. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt the service.

2. Accounts

You may create an optional account to enable Cloud Sync. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

4. Your Content & Privacy

You retain ownership of dreams and notes you create. We process your content only to provide the service. All dream entries are stored locally on your device by default. If you opt in to Cloud Sync, your data is securely backed up.

5. Data Tracking and App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

To support the free version of Somnia, we display advertisements provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob).

iOS Users: In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for the purpose of delivering personalized ads.
Opting Out: You can decline the tracking prompt or change your preferences at any time in your device's Settings app. If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.
Analytics: We may collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and user experience. This data cannot be traced back to your individual dream content.

6. Intellectual Property

Somnia: Dream Insights, its branding, and software are owned by Aether Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. All ambient music provided within the app is 100% copyright-free and royalty-free.

7. Disclaimer

AI interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
