By accessing or using Retouchly (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Retouchly provides AI-powered photo editing tools that allow users to upload, edit, enhance, and save photos. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload, generate, edit, or save through Retouchly.
When you upload or edit a photo, you grant Retouchly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, display, store, and make that content available to you solely for operating and providing the App's features. This includes saving edited photos so you can view or download them again later.
Retouchly does not use your uploaded or edited photos for advertising targeting. Retouchly does not sell your photos.
AI-generated or AI-edited results may not always be accurate, perfect, or suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing the final edited image before using, sharing, or publishing it.
You agree not to use Retouchly to create, edit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.
Some features may require an account or app-based user identifier so Retouchly can save your edits, manage credits, restore purchases, and provide access to your content.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. Retouchly is not responsible for loss of access caused by inaccurate account information, device issues, or actions outside Retouchly's control.
Retouchly may offer subscriptions, consumable credits, or other paid features through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
Credits may be used for eligible AI editing features. Credit availability, included subscription credits, free credits, and promotional credits may vary depending on the version of the App and the offer presented at the time of purchase.
Retouchly may show third-party advertisements to users who do not have an active Pro subscription or ad-free access.
For free users, Retouchly may request permission to use device identifiers, app activity, advertising data, and approximate location information to show more relevant ads and measure advertising performance, where permitted by law and platform rules.
You can allow or deny tracking through your device settings. If you deny tracking, Retouchly may still show non-personalized or limited ads where permitted.
When you have an active Retouchly Pro subscription, Retouchly does not show ads and does not use advertising tracking for your account.
Your edited photos are not used for advertising targeting.
Your use of Retouchly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, how saved photos are handled, and what privacy choices may be available to you.
Retouchly may use third-party services for functions such as AI processing, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, crash reporting, and app performance. These services may process data as needed to provide their services to Retouchly.
Retouchly, including its design, features, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by Retouchly or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the App except as permitted by law or expressly allowed by Retouchly.
Retouchly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retouchly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become available means you accept the revised Terms.
