Radar Flow Terms of Use (EULA) and Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (EULA) and Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Radar Flow, including the mobile application, related features, subscriptions, advertising-supported access, radar alerts, navigation-related tools, community reports, AI-assisted features, and any related services provided by Aether Labs ("Aether Labs," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Radar Flow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aether Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Radar Flow on a device that you own or control for your personal, lawful use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on Radar Flow except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

If Radar Flow is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and usage rules. If Aether Labs does not provide a custom license agreement in App Store Connect, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may apply.

2. Safe and Lawful Use

Radar Flow is intended to help drivers stay informed, aware, and organized on the road. You are solely responsible for your driving decisions, vehicle operation, compliance with traffic laws, road conditions, and personal safety.

You agree not to use Radar Flow in any way that:

• violates traffic, safety, privacy, or other applicable laws;
• distracts you while driving;
• encourages speeding, unsafe driving, evading law enforcement, or illegal behavior;
• interferes with another person's safety or rights;
• abuses, manipulates, or overloads the app, its systems, or community features.

Always follow applicable laws, posted road signs, and official instructions from authorities.

3. Navigation, Radar, Map, and Detection Disclaimer

Radar Flow may provide radar alerts, camera alerts, route-related information, map views, speed-related information, community reports, driving analytics, and AI-assisted outputs. These features are informational only.

Radar, map, route, traffic, camera, and AI-assisted outputs may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, outdated, inaccurate, or based on third-party data or user-submitted reports. Radar Flow does not guarantee real-time, official, complete, or accurate enforcement, traffic, navigation, hazard, or road condition data.

You must not rely on Radar Flow as the sole basis for driving decisions. Radar Flow is not a substitute for safe driving, legal compliance, situational awareness, road signs, official guidance, or your own judgment.

4. Location and Background Features

Radar Flow may request location permissions to provide its core functionality. Background location access may be required for continuous radar detection and alerts.

You are responsible for managing your device's location settings and understanding the implications of granting background location access.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription payments are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You are responsible for managing your subscription through the app store's settings.

Subscription terms, including pricing, renewal, and cancellation policies, are governed by the app store's policies and any additional terms provided during purchase.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Radar Flow offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (weekly or yearly) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally subscribed.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (App Store → Account → Subscriptions on iOS; Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its refund policy.

6. User Content and Community Features

When you submit radar reports, confirmations, or other user-generated content, you grant Aether Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with Radar Flow.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

7. Intellectual Property

Radar Flow and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Radar Flow.

Your use of Radar Flow is at your own risk. Aether Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service.

9. Termination

Aether Labs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Radar Flow at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aether Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above.
