This Privacy Policy explains how Aether Labs ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Radar Flow, including the mobile application, radar alerts, navigation-related features, community reports, subscriptions, advertising-supported access, AI-assisted features, and related services.

1. Information We Collect
a. Location Data
Radar Flow may collect precise or approximate location data when you grant location permission. Location data may be used to provide nearby radar alerts, route awareness, map features, trip analytics, speed and driving awareness, community radar detection, and background radar detection while driving.
If you grant background location permission, Radar Flow may continue to receive location updates when the app is not actively open, depending on your device settings and app state.
b. Account and Profile Information
If you create or link an account, we may collect information such as user ID, email address, display name, username, profile details, avatar or vehicle image, authentication provider data, subscription status, ads-off status, and related account settings.
c. Community Reports and Driving Data
When you submit radar reports, confirmations, trips, driving stats, or related activity, we may process information such as report type, location coordinates, heading, timestamps, route-related data, distance, duration, average speed, top speed, score, and other driving analytics.
d. Camera, Photos, and Microphone
Radar Flow may request access to camera, photos, or microphone for optional features such as AI Diagnose, image-based diagnosis, photo selection, or voice input. We only access camera, photo, or microphone data when you grant permission and initiate a feature that requires it.
e. Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostics
We may collect app usage events, screen views, feature interactions, subscription actions, ad events, errors, crash reports, performance data, device information, app version, build information, and diagnostic logs to operate, improve, secure, and troubleshoot Radar Flow.
f. Advertising Information
Radar Flow may show ads to free users. Advertising partners may receive or process information such as device information, app information, ad unit identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, IP-derived location, diagnostics, and advertising-related signals for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, and measurement.
Where required by law or platform rules, Radar Flow will request permission before using device identifiers or other data for tracking or personalized advertising. You may manage tracking and advertising permissions through your device settings.
Radar Flow may request non-personalized ads where supported. Non-personalized ads may still use limited information for ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance.
g. Purchase and Subscription Information
When you purchase a subscription, trial, or ads-off entitlement, payment is processed by the applicable app store. We may receive purchase status, entitlement status, renewal status, expiration date, product identifier, and related subscription metadata from the app store or subscription management providers. We do not receive your full payment card details.
